Christmas trip to Bridge of Orchy

The DMC Christmas Trip is an essential part of our club calendar and is the one trip you won't want to miss! This year we are staying in the luxurious Glencoe Ski Club hut near Bridge of Orchy. Our communal meal will be the full Christmas Dinner (hopefully catering to other dietary requirements too). We'd like to see as many people on this trip as possible so we've booked the best hut in the area. It's close enough to Dundee for easy access at this time of year but also right in the heart of the Highlands. The daytime menu will include walking and biking and, with any luck, skiing of various kinds too. The evening menu will be full of fun and festive food. It's a fantastic opportunity to bring together the whole club; walkers, climbers, bikers, skiers and the rest. Partners and family are most welcome on this trip, but remember to book and pay for your place as soon as possible to guarantee your space.

Hogmanay trip to Kinlocheil

Seeing in the New Year with DMC in a remote mountain hut is a great experience. The daylight hours are short at this time of year so spend a few hours on the hills or in the glen then come back to a wee cottage with a real fire, a hearty meal and a few drams of your favourite tipple. It will be available for a few nights before and after Hogmanay so you've plenty of time to relax, get away from it all, and enjoy one of the most spectacular parts of Scotland.
