12 of us met here to find a revamped but practical venue now lacking the upstairs snug of old. The stark lighting was conquered with scented candles and a low glow desk lamp as we hatched plans for the blowy day to follow.

Saturday activities included uplifting cycling along Loch Shiel, bothy and beach visiting, the Loch Lochy munros and the local Graham. After a good meal the evening was filled with conversation and the tasting of a strange blue liquid.

On Sunday half the Corryhully horseshoe was bagged whilst others sought Prince Charlie in one of his haunts. A refreshing weekend.
