Family and friends, from a thirty-five year campaign, with a significant contingent from the Club, joined Scott Moncur for the weekend, based in the Ski Club hut at Inverveigh, for his last Munro. In, at times, arduous conditions, Stob Gabhar and Stob a’ Choir Odhair were summitted with celebrations on the latter. These continued back at the hut with an enormous meal prepared by the family, plus other contributions, in particular Lubi’s carrot cake. The partying continued into the night, fuelled by DJ Lesley and mixologist Carlin.

If you are wondering whether your invite is stuck in the post, I believe that they were hand delivered in the pub the night before!
