Saturday 18 – Friday 24 July 2026

Early in the New Year, Dave proposed a week in the highlands to precede the club’s Ronan Cottage meet towards the end of July. We settled on Gleneden House, close to the Tore roundabout, a little to the north of Inverness which proved an excellent base for activities in all directions. It proved to be an eventful stay majoring on Munro bagging along with a smattering of rock climbing, canoeing, sight seeing, some lesser hills and generally enjoying the sunshine with little in the way of the midge!
