We’re not just restricted to official club meets: club members can use our Discord channels to organise walks whenever they like.

A combination of being retired, between jobs and on holiday, saw three DMC’ers heading west on Friday to take advantage of a favourable weather forecast. Our goal was Ben Cruachan and it’s neighbour Stob Daimh.

Two of us had never done these hills before and they turned out to be every bit as good as anticipated, even a little easy scrambling thrown in. And all rounded off with fish and chips in Tyndrum. Highly recommended.
