Friday 17 – Sunday 19 October 2025

22 folk gathered for our 3rd and very successful joint meet with the Gwydyr Club, held at the well appointed Old School Bunkhouse at Chapel le Dale near Ingleton.

The weather on Saturday was dry but overcast with a fresh wind. Whilst Niall went off for a bike circuit, 3 groups took a Three Peaks challenge, Great Coum from Kingsdale and charity shop hunting. In the evening we were treated to a 4 course meal finishing with a toast to the late Pete Mann and agreement to join forces again next year.

Sunday was expectedly more blustery and, with rain expected, some folk went to the local White Crag Caves before indulgence in the superb Ingleton Bakery Cafe.
