Friday 16th – Sunday 18th September 2011
Several DMC members spent a weekend in Aviemore staying at the Pine Bank Chalets (rather luxurious compared to our typical mountain hut accommodation!) Much fun was had mountain biking around Rothiemurchus forest and Glenmore. The weather turned rather wet which seemed only to add to the enjoyment as we were getting pretty muddy anyway! The weekend also doubled as a celebration of Jon’s 30th so a few drinks in Aviemore were enjoyed afterwards…
