Leaving Dundee at 8am we easily made the 12.45pm ferry from Lochaline to Mull and were starting our ascent of Ben More by 2pm. Awesome views west on the way up and in spite of gradually increasing cloud we had atmospheric views from the summit as well. Back down to Loch na Kiel and then a scenic drive up to Calgary Bay where we camped for 2 nights. On Thursday I made the most of the opportunity to catch up with old friends on the island. A short walk on Friday up to Crater Loch then the long drive home via the Tobermory Chocolate Factory.
