Friday 25 – Sunday 27 August 2023

Getting to the centre proved to be challenging with a sadly fatal road accident blocking the A87 just shy of Shiel Bridge from late afternoon meaning a long detour round for the majority of us. Despite poor weather on the Saturday most got up some hill or other with many plans pegged back by the wind. Sunday morning was more clement and several folk ventured out on the hills and tracks again to enjoy the purple heather.
