I was pleased when Andy was keen to join me to attempt my remaining Knoydart Corbetts, lured by new territory. The four hour drive from Dundee took us to the west of Loch Quoich to a camping spot Andy had in mind in Coire Shubh, enjoying incredible evening sunburst views on our way down the Kinloch Hourn road. With my evening meal heating up on our camp fire life was bliss until I managed to trip on the uneven ground & upset my recovering foot injury. Being no better in the morning, Andy explored the shoreline section of the envisaged walk whilst I snoozed (see FB). Being out of Dundee for a mere 24 hours seemed like a whole weekend and was a great break from the Covid monotony. Til next time!
